Respected Srila Prabhupada,
As I sit to write this offering for your 124th Vyaspuja, practically all major Nations in the world are under lockdown situation due to corona virus. One of the tiniest virus particle has brought entire human civilisation on its knees. All the leaders are clueless about any solution to this crisis and the general populace are in a helpless state. There is environment of uncertainty, fear and insecurity prevalent everywhere.
There is growing hostility among different Nations, religions, families, communities and an environment of insensitivity and impersonalism. Then, there are sections of people who considers themselves optimistic and thus chase after false pursuit of happiness in the matter.

Under such dark times, your gifts are the source of relief and hope for me.
You were the one who told me clearly that there is God and His name is Krishna. You gave holynames to me. You gave me temple, spiritual master, holyplaces, deities, Krishna Prasadam, Books, devotees community to live and services to perform. You provided the truth and knowledge As IT IS without any compromise. You were bold in your presentation because you are a tattva darshi
You sacrificed your personal comforts and struggle to the point of death to benedict others through your precept and life’s example. I often wonder, what drove you? What inspired you to work tirelessly? What were your reasons to take more and more anxieties? There were situations at every turn which would have been genuine reasons to give up for any person. But you persisted. The only reason that I could comprehend that these were the manifestation of your pure love for Krishna.
You are a representative of the timeless unbroken disciplic succession from Lord Krishna, yet in your approach to spread the message you were always adaptable and with the modern time utilizing all means and opportunities for preaching. You imposed faith and trust in your disciples and based on loving relationship your disciples would follow in your footsteps in the preaching.
I pray that I may receive your abundant gifts with gratitude and share these with grace. I pray to experience and reflect the pure love that you have for Krishna.
Your Servant
